1. B2B Verified Buyer Accounts

TreatGrid is a U.S.-based B2B online marketplace for wholesale pet treats and dog chews.

• Wholesale accounts are restricted to verified commercial pet treat distributors, corporate retail buyers, private label brands, and authorized pet shop networks.
• By requesting a wholesale account, you certify that you possess the necessary commercial licensure and reseller permits for purchasing wholesale pet treats.
• TreatGrid reserves the right to suspend accounts submitting misleading business credentials, incorrect tax IDs, or non-workable business details.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Bounds

To sustain factory-direct plants prices, Minimum Order Quantities are strictly checked and enforced at checkout:

• Individual SKU Thresholds: Individual product lines carry distinct MOQ specifications (e.g., 5 kg for standard pre-orders) that are automatically validated before order checkout is unlocked.
• Volume Pricing Tiers: Pre-order pricing brackets (such as our `$35/kg` standard pre-order rate and the high-volume `$32/kg` rate) are strictly bound to purchase volumes. The `$32/kg` rate applies strictly and only to volumes of 25 kg or more.
• Custom pricing, customized packaging setups, and OEM branding arrangements are contractually bound on the Purchase Order (PO).

3. Wholesale Orders & U.S. Fulfilment

Orders are processed and fulfilled from our U.S. inventory using local shipping carriers:

• Purchase Order Generation: Upon finalizing your cart and submitting a Purchase Order, a formal contract manifest is generated. Production scheduling is prioritized upon invoice payment authorization.
• Standard U.S. Delivery: Eligible products are fulfilled from U.S. inventory and typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

4. AI-Backed Sales Contracts (Luna AI)

B2B buyers can interact with our virtual sales negotiator Luna AI. Any negotiated target quantities, specific target rates, private labeling alignments, or custom order terms requested during chat are officially verified and legally bound to the order upon checkout.
